2020 Dec 29th – Barwon Heads

Until next year – 29 December we left Peninsula Eco villas at 6am, launched in Sorrento, and straight across to Queenscliff for some squid. Well tons of boats and we had no luck. At slack we crossed the bar and went 40m towards Torquay, back in 60m, and finished in 25 just in front of Barwon Heads where salmon went crazy. Tried for kingys under them but no luck.

The day was brilliant but not something that makes a tuna show up. We had to be back early so 1pm we where already at the ramp. There we where waiting or 1.45min before our turn
