I went for a quick session at portalington chanel today around 2.30. Water was brilliant but not much to say about fish action. I had few friends with me and they had fun catching flattys and few rock cod. Only few flattys over 35cm the rest where to small. On the other note - plenty of spider crabs and freaking stars. The slimy grass on the bottom just covers the bait. I never seen that before here. Anyway -still a happy fisherman
