2019 September 3rd - Rhyll

We had another crack at  Western Port trying for early snapper and this time my friend Peter came with us. We launched at Stony Point – FREE – and went straight to Rhyll. We had an hour before the tide changed but all we got is some Yakkas, small flatty’s and tons of small pinky’s. We moved to Coral’s, fished for an hour, and no much at all. No sign of Snapper anywhere. Then we came back to Rhyll, and the current was crazy. As it slow down we start getting some Baracouta’s, more pinky’s Yakka’s and some lazy ugly Sharks. That was the time to pack up and go! Cheers
